By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Information on this website

Our website provides general information about meal plans, sample menus, calorie estimates and a quiz that produces an informational daily calorie range. This is for general information only and is not medical, dietary or nutritional advice. Always consult a qualified specialist before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication.

3. Placing an order

• An order is placed when you submit your details through our website or by phone.
• Your order is confirmed only after a member of our team has contacted you and agreed the menu, delivery address and delivery window.
• We may refuse an order if we cannot deliver to your location, if the requested menu cannot be prepared, or for any other reasonable cause.

4. Prices and payment

• All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment is taken on delivery, in cash or by card, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not store card details for automatic charges.
• We may change prices at any time. Any change will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Delivery

• We deliver across mainland UK during the windows agreed during the confirmation call.
• Risk in the meals passes to you when they are handed over at the delivery address.
• If no one is available to receive the delivery, please contact us — additional charges may apply for a re-delivery.

6. Food information and allergens

Each meal carries a label listing ingredients, calories and macronutrients (protein, fats, carbohydrates). If you have allergies or dietary requirements, please let our team know during the confirmation call so we can advise. You remain responsible for checking the label of each meal before consumption.

7. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel an order at any time before delivery by contacting us. Once a delivery has been accepted, cancellation and refund terms are described in our Refund Policy.

8. Your obligations

• Provide accurate contact and delivery information.
• Use the website lawfully and not interfere with its operation.
• Store delivered meals according to the instructions on the label.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website (including text, images, logos and design) is owned by or licensed to PREPPED TO THRIVE LTD and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the amount paid by you for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
